Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has teamed up with five other prominent figures to establish Watchtower Strategy, a public affairs organization.
The group includes Jeff Miller, Dan Conston, Arthur Schwartz, Cliff Sims, and Brian Walsh.
According to the organization's website, Watchtower Strategy is a top-tier public affairs firm founded by six leaders in American politics. The firm specializes in strategy, advocacy, and crisis communications.
A press release from the group states that they will offer strategic advisory services to CEOs and senior executives, assisting them in navigating critical issues at the intersection of business, government, and public relations. Watchtower Strategy is also known for developing and executing issue advocacy campaigns that have influenced key policy outcomes.
House Speaker McCarthy, who serves as the chairman of Watchtower Strategy, is also a member of the C3 AI advisory board and the Anivive Lifesciences board of directors.
C3 AI is recognized as a leading Enterprise AI software provider focused on accelerating digital transformation, while Anivive is a pet pharmaceutical company.
McCarthy assumed the role of House Speaker in 2023 after a lengthy 15 rounds of balloting. He later stepped down from the speakership and eventually resigned from Congress before completing his term.
McCarthy recently attended President Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony.
