Hollyoaks cutie Tom Cunningham is all grown up - going from an "unfit, asthmatic kid at school" to a gym-loving fitness fanatic.
Actor Ellis Hollins has been on the soap for 17 years and looks looks unrecognisable after hitting the weights.
The young boy who first appeared in 2003 has grown up in front of our eyes, and it's safe to say he has left talkative little Tom far behind.
Ellis, 20, ditched his T-shirt to show off his abs over the past few months and as he keeps the show's fans updated on his progress.
Speaking to Daily Star Online about his incredible new look, the young talent explained that he just wasn't with his appearance anymore.
He took action - and the results speak for themselves.
"I was unhappy where I was physically," the former child star said.
"I was always the unfit, asthmatic kid at school and I couldn't do sport to save my life.
"I got fed up with that and I got the chance to start going to the gym regularly, and I've been going for two years now.
"It's really starting to pay off and I feel a lot better about myself."
Flexing his abs and biceps in the snap, Ellis sent fans wild over the past few months.
And even his fellow Hollyoaks cast mates couldn't resist to comment on the impressive snaps.
Jessica Fox - who plays Nancy Hayton on the hit soap - joked: "Shoves another doughnut into mouth* You and I have approached lockdown in very different ways..."
While Malique Thompson wrote: "Looking sick bro."
