A former FBI agent highlighted a line in a newly-revealed 911 call related to the murder of four University of Idaho students in November 2022.
Concretely, Jennifer Coffindafer, who usually comments on headline-grabbing cases, posted a passage of the 911 call that took place after the bodies were found. The line in particular captures the moment when a respondent says "I think we have a homicide."

The dispatcher directs the kids to get a defibrillator. They say they don't have one.
Then someone says they do have one. Remember, many different people are communicating with the 911 Dispatcher.

The transcript is part of a body of evidence unsealed Thursday in the case, in which former Ph.D. student Bryan Kohberger stands charged with four counts of murder.
The crime took place in November 2022, when roommates Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves and Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin, a classmate and Kernodle's boyfriend, were found after being stabbed to death at their home in Moscow, Idaho.
The evidence, presented by the prosecution, also shows text messages between two surviving roommates, one of which seems to make reference to an intruder, saying "it's like a ski mask almost." "I'm freaking out right now," one says. The two sheltered in a room until the morning when a 911 call was made.
One of the roommates, whose identities have not been revealed, told investigators that they saw a masked man leaving the home after the stabbings. They are both expected to testify at the trial.
DNA on a knife sheath led police to charge Kohberger weeks after the crimes. Asked whether he wanted to enter a plea deal last year, he stood silent, leading the judge to determine he wasn't going to. The trial is expected to begin in August.
