Fulham are 'interested' in a January move for Everton midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure, according to Sky Sports.
Cottagers manager Marco Silva is said to be a big fan of Doucoure - the pair worked together at Watford - and sees central midfield as a key point of investment during the mid-season window as he looks to maintain his side's brilliant season back in the Premier League.
Mali midfielder Doucoure has fallen out of favour this season, following a summer of reinforcements in midfield at Goodison Park. The 29-year-old hasn't started a top-flight match since August, managing just seven appearances in the league all season.

Frank Lampard made midfield strengthening a priority over the summer, with Idrissa Gueye returning to Merseyside after a short and underwhelming spell with Paris Saint-Germain while Amadou Onana arrived from Lille for £33million. Those two arrivals coincided with the emergence of Alex Iwobi as one of Lampard's most reliable players in a creative midfield role, with the likes of Doucoure being pushed to the fringes of the squad.
The dynamic midfielder started Everton's opening two league games - defeats against Chelsea and Aston Villa - but saw his minutes wane swiftly as Onana settled in to life on Merseyside. Doucoure's only start since came in the dismal 4-1 Carabao Cup defeat at Bournemouth before the World Cup break.
Lampard is thought to be keen on adding further in midfield in January, but may need to see current players offloaded to free up wages - as happened with the mutual agreement to terminate Salomon Rondon's contract last week.
