The former boss of Everton and Super League Rugby is to step down as the chairman of Stockport County later this month.
Robert Elstone will leave his non-executive role at the National League club "due to significant growth in work commitments".
Mr Elstone joined PwC as a senior advisor in August 2021 and was hired by The Hatters in October that year.

He succeeded owner Mark Stott, who founded the Vita Group, after he purchased the club in January 2020.
Mr Elstone has previously held roles at Deloitte Everton Football Club for almost a decade and as executive chairman of Super League.
Director Ken Knott will now become the club's new non-executive chairman.
Mr Stott said: "We’re incredibly thankful for everything Robert has achieved with the club in a short space of time. His knowledge and passion for the industry has helped the club in a multitude of ways, especially in our commercial operations and we wish him the very best for his growing future endeavours.
"Ken will continue to play a pivotal role in the development of the club in his position of non-executive chair as we build upon our long-term strategy, further engaging the community of Stockport, managing the redevelopment of Edgeley Park to create a better fan experience and developing the club’s elite training facilities."
