The Cincinnati Bengals made roster moves to flesh out the expanded offseason roster after the season ended.
Other teams have started to do so, too, with the Pittsburgh Steelers notably adding two former Bengals players to their futures deals list after their playoff exit.
There, defensive lineman Domenique Davis and linebacker Devin Harper pop up on the list of 17 names for the Steelers.
Normally, end-of-depth chart moves like this wouldn’t be all that notable from a Bengals perspective.
But Davis classifies as notable because he’s been around the Bengals since 2022 and the interior of the defensive line might undergo a huge change this offseason with B.J. Hill a free agent and Sheldon Rankins an obvious cut candidate.
Keeping Davis as depth seemed obvious, but the Bengals will need to figure out other depth options around a new coordinator.
