Pete Best is perhaps best known for his years as the original drummer of The Beatles before Ringo Starr joined, and his upcoming shows in Wexford and Dublin will see the musician answer fan questions as part of an intimate show.
An Audience with Pete Best will take place at Wexford's Riverbank House Hotel on Friday, September 23, followed by Lost Lane on Dublin's Grafton Street on Sunday, September 25.
Speaking to Dublin Live, Pete revealed that there are "no boundaries" when it comes to the conversations he will have with audience members, explaining that there are "no restraints" on the questions that can be asked by ticket holders.

He said: "The show is very light-hearted, lowkey, personable. We talk about pre-Beatle time, Beatle time and post Beatle time. There's anecdotes and a lot of sentiment in it.
"It gives the audience a chance to ask questions or develop a couple of conspiracy theories which have been on their mind. It's a very intimate personable evening."
He added: "There are the regular questions. Even though I may have answered them a million times, to that person asking that question at that time, it's personal to him or her. So it needs personal attention to answer it.
"We don't put any restraints on the questions. We leave it up to people's imaginations and that's why we have fun with it. There are no boundaries."
Pete's shows were originally supposed to happen in March 2020 as the Covid-19 pandemic was causing closures and cancellations. Returning for rescheduled shows over two years later, Pete says that coming to Ireland is almost like "coming home".
"I'm really excited about the fact that I'm finally getting to do two shows in Ireland. I love coming back there and performing, and I love the Irish people," he said.
"Come to be entertained, amused, shed tears, we cover all of those aspects. It's an intimate show."
