• The Dublin-born playwright Samuel Beckett attended school in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland, but he was not native to that town as we mistakenly said when referring to the first Beckett Biennale that will be hosted there next year (“Date for the diary as Samuel West stars in Beckett play... in 2036“, 9 February, p8).
