Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola eschewed the usual cup final suit and instead donned a brown hoodie for the FA Cup final.
As soon as the city boss lined up for the traditional cup final hymn - Abide With Me - fans watching on TV took to social media to point out his attire - by contrast United boss Erik Ten Hag wore a suit for the line up.
"Is Pep really wearing some brown hoodie?" wrote @MillamoTbone on Twitter before City had even taken the lead in the first minute.

Mark Wilding was equally shocked when he wrote: "Pep disrespecting the cup final either wear a suit or at worst a club tracksuit but a Hoodie from TK Max do me a favour."
"Saw Pep in a hoodie for a cup final and knew it’s about to go down," said @Count_of_Zed.
And @Bowlesyafcx said: "You knew it was done when Pep rocked up to a cup final in a hoodie.. he knows Man United are not a serious football club."
Darren Kerr wrote: "No fa cup songs. Man City not wearing suits. Pep wearing a hoodie. What’s happened to the worlds best domestic cup."
And @Jimmy17_ wrote: "Actually, leaning Utd because Pep is wearing a hoodie to the cup final. Get a suit on ffs!"
And @LHChegga wrote: "Pep is a hoodie wearing scruff but if he cooks up a 5-0 I’ll never slander him ever again (Expires next Saturday)."
Not all fans were opposed though.
MattyRSF1 wrote: "Lol Pep in hoodie for the FA Cup Final and every Brit on my timeline is going mental. Pep is so good he doesn't have to give a s**t about what he wears."
