FOOTAGE captured in Gaza has shown groups of Palestinians stripped down to their underwear in a stadium Israeli soldier have transformed into a large detention centre.
The video, reportedly taken by an Israeli photojournalist, shows several men being directed by soldiers who are armed.
The groups can be seen walking to the centre of the pitch, wearing only underwear, to stand or sit in short lines. They can also be seen holding slips of paper whilst they hold up their hands.
Sky News geolocated the video to the Yarmouk Stadium in Gaza City, however it is not clear when it was filmed or what happened to the detainees.
The Israel Defence Forces has not denied the video is authentic.
The IDF said it is operating to "dismantle Hamas's military capabilities" - and as part of its efforts, suspected terrorists are detained and questioned.
"Individuals who are found not to be taking part in terrorist activities are released. The individuals detained are treated in accordance with international law.
"It is often necessary for terror suspects to hand over their clothes such that their clothes can be searched and to ensure that they are not concealing explosive vests or other weaponry.
"Clothes are not immediately returned to the detainees, due to the suspicion they may conceal means that can be used for hostile purposes (such as knives).
"Detainees are given back their clothes when it's possible to do so."
It follows a video shared widely online earlier in the month that showed a large group of men in northern Gaza on the ground stripped, blindfolded and handcuffed.
The first video appeared to be filmed from the vantage point of a soldier guarding the men. Another clip appeared to show undressed detainees in the back of moving army trucks.
