Indie rock band The Foals will play a gig at Cardiff Castle to finish off a UK tour in 2020.
The band has announced it will perform at Cardiff Castle on Friday, July 10 on the final leg of a five-venue tour.
Foals have been active since the mid-00s and, to date, they have released five studio albums. Their latest - Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost - Part 1 - came out in March 2019 and peaked at No.2 in the UK Albums Chart.
Part 2 of the album will be released later this week on October 18 and has already received positive feedback from critics within the music industry.
Dave Everley of Q says the album "underlines why its creators have continued to prosper long after so many of their late-'00s contemporaries have been lost to the waves."
The tour kicks off in Edinburgh and heads to London and Blackpool before dates in Blackpool and Birmingham. The Cardiff gig is being organised by DEPOT Live, the live-events arm of Cardiff venue DEPOT, which this year brought Nile Rodgers and Chic to Cardiff Castle.
