Ring legend Floyd Mayweather has been called out for a $200million exhibition fight by Adrien Broner.
Mayweather and Broner were once good friends but fell out when Broner made comments about Mayweather's company 'The Money Team'. Former four-weight world champion Broner even called out Mayweather for a fight when he knocked out Ashley Theophane in 2016, with Mayweather laughing at ringside whilst Broner issued the rant.
Broner hasn't fought since beating Jovanie Santiago in February 2021 as his career has been plagued by inactivity over the years. The 33-year-old is now calling for Mayweather to continue his exhibition tour by fighting him, with Broner predicting they could generate a huge $200million in the ring.

“These last couple of exhibitions that Floyd has been doing, he’s been getting threes, fours, fives, eights. He say, ‘I got 10 million, 20 million.’ Ok, cool. If that’s what he say, cool," But if me and him do an exhibition, automatically off the top, you got to give him 100 million and you’ve got to give me 100 million," Broner told the Round Da Way podcast.
Mayweather has competed in a number of exhibition fights since ending his professional career with a flawless record of 50-0. 'Money' most recently squared off against YouTuber Deji last November, dancing around and mocking the content creator before stopping him in the sixth round. The fight took place just weeks after Mayweather knocked out MMA fighter Mikuru Asakura in Japan.
The boxing legend has also taken part in exhibitions against former sparring partner Don Moore, YouTuber Logan Paul and kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa. Broner is doubtful that Mayweather, who plans to have an exhibition fight in the UK this year, will take him up on his offer because of their tense relationship.
"He doesn't want to see me with that [money]," Broner added. "because I already do what I do. Without the type of money he's getting, but I'm getting money though. I can't say I've personally heard him say that, but you'll hear him do an interview about me and scream 'AB is about broke'.
"I don't even speak to you, I don't talk bad about you. Every time I talk about you, I talk good about you. The only thing I ever did to him was f*** some h*** that was riding with him. Other than that, I didn't do nothing. His kids love me, his baby momma love me. When he first met me, I was a millionaire, I was already me."
