A Florida woman, Savon Tyler, 35, has been arrested and charged with first-degree premeditated murder for allegedly shooting Lauren Martin, 34, to death during a social media livestream video. The incident took place at Greystone Townhomes in Sanford, Florida.
The Sanford Police Department responded to a shooting on Travertine Terrace after 7 p.m. on Tuesday, where they found Martin with multiple gunshot wounds. She was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries.
According to police reports, an argument between the two women escalated into a physical altercation. Martin had driven to Tyler's residence, leading to a confrontation in the street. Tyler armed herself with a children's miniature baseball bat and a 9mm sky handgun. The argument turned violent, resulting in Martin being shot.
