It's floorplan is angular with an abundance of windows to make sure you can take in the jaw-dropping views from throughout the property.

The flat opens up into a L-shaped hallway, leading to two of the bedrooms and the family bathroom, which has a Jack and Jill sink and a bath and shower unit.

The huge open plan living area is the real selling point. The triangular room comprises a lounge, diner and kitchen, with plenty of windows to let in the natural light and take in the views.

The owners have opted for neutral colours throughout the rooms, with various tones of grey and splashes of chrome keeping things modern. They've even created a seamless, compact office space for working from home.

The apartment is on the market for offers over £600,000.

Estate agent Atlas hailed One Park West as a "prestigious and sought-after development" and "arguably the most desirable location in the city centre".

The flat however is well above the average for city centre properties, which had an overall price of £154,947 in the last year.
