Flagrant Foul: Steph Curry's Custom Mansory Ford GT

Steph Curry is one of the most prolific three-point shooters in NBA history. He's an 11-time All-Star and a two-time league MVP. And in 16 years in the league, he still holds a 47.1 percent career shooting percentage. Impressive on all fronts. That's why it's so shocking to see such a miss from the Golden State legend with this custom Ford GT.

Officially dubbed the Mansory x Under Armour Le Mansory, the custom Ford GT was created by the German tuner in collaboration with the sportswear brand—with help from Steph Curry, of course. It debuted last week ahead of this year's NBA All-Star weekend, and it maybe isn't the slam dunk the trio was hoping for.

Inspired by Under Armour’s new Echo sneaker—which actually does look good—the Mansory GT has a dramatic yellow-and-black design with custom checkerboard carbon fiber, custom headlights, custom 21-inch wheels, and a custom widebody kit. It even features yellow Under Armour logos on the side sills and rear wing, in case you forget who to blame.

The interior is less of an eyesore with a stylish mix of yellow and black. Leather, Alcantara, and carbon fiber cover nearly every surface, and there’s another Under Armour logo plopped in the center of the steering wheel for good measure.

The Curry-customized design is based on Mansory’s “Le Mansory” Ford GT, which debuted in 2020 to celebrate the shop’s 30th anniversary. It features a full carbon fiber body conversion and upgraded aerodynamics, with the twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6 now making 700 horsepower and 620 pound-feet of torque—50 more than the standard GT. That gives this car a top speed of 220 miles per hour.

The car will be used to market the brand’s new Echo sneaker across the country over the coming months.
