Five Dublin properties on the market for house hunters on a tight budget

Owning a home in Dublin is a distant dream to many as the housing crisis deepens.

Rising rents and exorbitant house prices have resulted in people being unable to save up for a deposit. Single people and young couples especially are facing the possibility of never being able to afford a place of their own.

House hunting is stressful in the best of times but it's even worse if you're on a tight budget. We had a look at Perfect Property and found a few affordable homes that are currently on sale.

Here is a list of five Dublin properties that are on the market for less than €200,000:
