A huge Amazon distribution centre on the outskirts of Bristol will open in July, creating around 1,000 jobs.
The 500,000sqft warehouse in Severn Beach will mean more people in the region will get next-day deliveries.
The centre features the latest technology including dozens of wheeled machines picking up products for dispatch.
It will open to deliveries on July 1.

Why Bristol?
Centre manager Patrick Faulkner said: "We could consolidate everything into the middle of the UK and build mega sites there but if we want to give our customers next-day service we need to be close by and that is super crucial.
“It will mean a bigger percentage of all those millions of items on the Amazon website will be available for those customers next day and that’s important.”

What jobs are available?
By September there will be around 1,000 people based here, filling every type of role from fulfilment associates to store coordinators to operation managers to safety specialists to yard marshals and maintenance technicians.
With a starting minimum wage is £10.50 an hour, £12.25 an hour at nights, there has been good interest, says the company.
The jobs have been advertised online for more than a week and an Amazon-led jobs fair is to take place at Bristol City’s Ashton Gate stadium next month.
