First look at the latest Six By Nico restaurant as it opens on Byres Road

Glasgow's foodies have been given an exciting first look at the latest Six By Nico venue after the chain launched its third restaurant in the city.

Opening in the former home of Fopp on Byres Road, the restaurant has been kicked off with a Tokyo theme for its first menu.

Nico Simeone, the man behind Six By Nico, has opened ten restaurants in Scotland, England, and Ireland and has said he is delighted to be bringing his eleventh eatery to the west end.

"Byres Road is an ideal location for us in Glasgow's vibrant west end, known for its top attractions, quirky lanes, and incredible food scene," explained Nico. "Expansion in the city where our concept began is an important step in our plan to expand this year.

The latest Six By Nico will be open daily from 12 pm until late at 358 Byres Road. The six-course Tokyo menu will be running from Monday, February 27 until Sunday, April 9.
