Cuts include: ribeye, fillet, porterhouse, bavette and more, all expertly prepared to your liking whether you like them blue or well-done. Sure to impress meat-lovers throughout Glasgow, the real stars of the show are their melt-in-your-mouth sharing steaks. Choose from a 500g juicy Chateaubriand, the velvety Côte de Boeuf or a mammoth 1.2kg Tomahawk all charcoaled over hot coals for an unmistakable flavour.

In addition to signature steaks and Scottish seafood, the venue will also cater for vegetarians with dining options including Roast Cauliflower Steak and Garden Pea Risotto, and more, with a great choice for all gourmet lovers.

The split level venue will also have a sleek and sophisticated bar area, with expert bartenders on hand to create craft cocktails and serve fine wines.

The Merchant Steakhouse will be a must-try this Easter, ideal for date nights, private parties or a late-night cocktail catch up.
