First ever TNT Sports Premier League fixture announced as Chelsea vs Liverpool on Sky Sports

Manchester City's trip to Burnley will kick off the 2023/24 Premier League season's live televised schedule, with Vincent Kompany welcoming his former club to Turf Moor on Friday, August 11.

The following day will see the first ever Premier League match broadcast by the new TNT Sports channel, which has taken over from BT Sport ahead of the new season.

Arsenal welcome Nottingham Forest to the Emirates Stadium for a lunchtime kick-off, with TNT Sports picking up BT Sport's package of 32 12.30pm Saturday kick-offs for the 2023/24 season.

After the non-televised 3pm games on Saturday, Newcastle then welcome Aston Villa for the 5.30pm match which will be screened on Sky Sports.

The broadcaster then have their double header Super Sunday which is focused entirely on west London, as Brentford welcome Tottenham to the Gtech Community Stadium and Chelsea host Liverpool at Stamford Bridge in what could be a baptism of fire for new Blues boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Manchester United then take on Wolves in the first Monday Night Football of the season, which will be screened from Old Trafford by Sky Sports.

The current Premier League TV deal is in place until 2025, and ensures that 200 of the 380 matches are shown live.
