First Dates waitress Cici Coleman unveils secret body transformation weapon

Cici Coleman has unveiled her positive beauty message after unveiling her incredible body transformation.

The First Dates star, who found fame as the sassy waitress in Fred Sirieix's London restaurant, opened up about how eating more and taking up hot pilates helped her both mentally and physically.

After sharing a before and after picture of herself four months apart, Cici said she felt better having gained a few pounds because she was no longer stressing about eating too much.

The gorgeous shots show Cici wearing a black bikini while posing inside her house - and the after picture shows just how much work the reality star has put in to her health and wellbeing.

Taking to Twitter today to thank the fans who had such a positive response, Cici wrote: "The message behind this picture was to show that no matter what you look like, tall, short, obese, slim, if you feel you like s**t inside then it doesn't matter.

"I'm eating way more now, im heavier because muscle weighs more than fat, i'm less stressed, I'm mentally stronger," she went on.

"I'm working out alot more because I teach Hot Pilates. This is what counts,the scales don’t. There’s no secrets to what I do,there’s no fitness DVD coming out, this is me & entirely me getting on w/lockdown and hopefully encouraging others to get healthy in their minds & bodies."

It came after Cici took her own advice and compared pictures of herself four months ago with her current progress.

"This week I've been moaning a bit to friends about how Im not seeing any changes in my body even after all this working out, so I took my own advice that I give to my Hot Pilates Team and did a 'before and after'," she explained on Instagram.

Cici has found the exercise has helped her mental health as well as her physical wellbeing (Instagram)

"I didn't realise how scary it was, but equally invigorating. The picture on the right is me 3lbs heavier. I took this this morning. This is the result of taking six Hot Pilates classes a week for the last six weeks, along with a diet full of lockdown snacking (That fridge gets opened probably every hour).

"After seeing the above results my new goal is to get on top of my eating also, and then who knows what can be achieved. Second goal is to stop being such a pussy about putting up a bikini pic," she jokingly added.
