First Bus issues urgent message about timetables amid website 'issue'

First Bus West of England has issued an urgent message to passengers this morning (Monday, April 25) saying it is "aware" of a timetable issue on its website.

The bus provider took to Twitter to apologise for the issue affecting passengers during Monday morning rush hour, urging them to download PDFs of route maps instead.

Another passenger has complained of problems with the First Bus app this morning, adding the live bus tracker "doesn't work properly either."

Another passenger said the issue is "really not good enough." @Unholy_Indeed said: "That's really not good enough. Sort out the app. It's impossible to plan journeys. Especially a Monday morning!! And removing buses people used is absolutely shocking."
