Dublin Fire Brigade is calling on all site managers to ensure their recyclables and waste storage is properly secured after crews were called out to a blaze near Tibradden.
Firefighters from Donnybrook fire station were required to deal with a waste fire on Saturday evening.
The Twitter account for Dublin Fire Brigade and Ambulance Service posted photos of firefighters tackling the blaze on site.
The post from 11.02pm on Saturday read: "Firefighters from Donnybrook fire station dealing with a waste fire near Tibradden tonight.
"We're asking all site managers to secure recyclables and waste storage to prevent similar fires".
