In terms of careers far-travelled, few will have clocked up the air miles that Gordon Young has in football.
He's part of an ambitious project at Cove Rangers - currently assistant manager - but his journey to the League One club has taken him worldwide.
From his playing days with the likes of Cambuslang Rangers, Young lifted his career in the game to new heights when enlisted as Motherwell's academy director.
Helping find Celtic midfielder David Turnbull, Rangers' Jake Hastie, Luton Town's Allan Campbell and James Scott of Hibs and Hull City was no mean feat.
After laying the foundations for players that made the club big money, Young soon found himself travelling across the world and taking in America, China, India and just about everywhere in the middle.
The Cove assistant has released his stories in his new book - A Licence to Skill.
He sits down on the Lanarkshire Live Sport Podcast for a wide-ranging chat on his fascinating career.
