Peter Kay fans rushed to support the comedian after his show was interrupted by a heckler at the M&S Bank Arena.
During his much-anticipated return to the stage, the Bolton-born comedian allegedly evicted one man from his show in Liverpool on Saturday night. Since the news was reported in the ECHO fans have come out in support of the comedian saying that he "did the right thing" and the heckler was "ruining" it for everyone.

Lynda Jones said: "We we there last night. Brilliant show and that fella was ruining for people around him. The shouting for an autograph was the final straw.
"Think Peter Kay handled it fairly. The fella had a great seat that thousands of others would have loved and for those of us lucky enough to be there none of us wanted to watch him."
Dan Round commented: "He was a few rows in front of me and Peter was definitely did the right thing. He’d been told to sit down by stewards twice before and then stood up and asked Peter to sign a mask of his face whilst he was halfway through a bit. It disrupted the performance and Peter lost his train of thought."
Peter Kay was moved to tears on his first appearance on stage before announcing more dates on the tour at the beginning of last month, with the comic playing the arena on Friday, January 6, and Saturday, January 7. The 49-year-old hadn't hit the road for 12 years before his much-anticipated return at the end of 2022.
Phil O'Brien said: "We thought it was a part of the act at first until he got marched out and didn't come back. I trust Peter's judgment, he must've been annoying to get thrown out. Just sit there and enjoy the show you know, what you paid for like the rest of us."
Chris Watts commented: "People pay a lot of money to go to one of his nights, I'd have loved to have gone. However, the last thing I'd want is to listen or put up with some wannabe no-mark who's trying to get his moment of fame thinking he's funny."
