A violent brawl unfolded at Walt Disney World after a family refused to make way for another family's photo opportunity in front of the park's 100th-year anniversary sign.
Shocking video footage captured the altercation, showing both groups throwing punches at each other, with one man ending up on the ground.
A family member was asked to move by the other group, who retaliated by punching one of them in the face.
Disney employees swiftly called for backup while trying to intervene during the incident on Monday, May 15.
Park workers and a security officer arrived to separate the feuding parties.
The footage revealed that one man involved in the fight struggled to get up from the ground and chose to remain seated
According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, at least one person received medical treatment.
However, they declined to press charges against anyone involved.
Despite the incident, Walt Disney World Resort did not provide an immediate comment in response to inquiries from the press.
Brawls at the Magic Kingdom are unfortunately not uncommon, as this recent episode adds to a series of incidents in which violence has erupted.
In response to an upsurge in unruly behaviour at its theme parks in Florida and California, Disney issued a warning towards the end of 2022, urging visitors to maintain appropriate conduct.
Last July, more than ten people were involved in a massive fight when families got into a heated argument outside Mickey’s PhilharMagic theatre.
Two people were arrested and multiple people were banned from Disney’s parks following the incident.
