50 homes have been made available under the affordable housing scheme in Fingal.
The properties are a range of two and three beds in Hayestown, Rush. Prices for eligible applicants start at €228,000 for a 2-bedroom, mid-terrace house, with prices for a 3 bed mid-terrace house starting from €284,500 and prices for a 3 bed semi-detached house starting from €299,500.
The development is approximately six acres in size and is located in the heart of Rush town centre near the Fingal coastline. Construction of the new homes at Hayestown is underway with all of the houses expected to be completed in 2024.

The online portal for applications will go live at 12pm on Tuesday 13th June, 2023.
