Another man has been arrested as Gardai continue to probe the killing of Thomas Dooley.
The alleged murder of the father-of-seven, 43, is said to have taken place following the burial of young Killarney mother-of-five Bridget O’Brien.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, while his wife, Siobhan, suffered serious injuries and was rushed to University Hospital Kerry (UHK), directly across the road from Rath Cemetery.

She received emergency medical treatment but was later discharged.
The couple, from Killarney, were in Rathass Cemetery for the burial of family friend Ms O’Brien, who died suddenly days beforehand. A full post-mortem examination was conducted at UHK on Thomas Dooley.
His brother and cousin have been remanded in further custody, while two others had previously been arrested.
On Monday evening, a fifth man was arrested by Gardai.
A spokesperson told the Irish Mirror: "A fifth man (late 20s) was arrested as part of the investigation into the fatal assault in Tralee, Co. Kerry yesterday evening Monday 17th October, 2022.
"He was detained under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at Tralee Garda station and was released without charge late last night, Monday 17th October, 2022.
"Investigations ongoing."
