Tottenham Hotspur duo Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son have both been included in EA Sports' 23 highest-rated players list for FIFA 23.
Spurs claimed a top-four spot in the Premier League during the 2021/22 campaign as they earned Champions League qualification for this season, with Son and Kane playing pivotal roles throughout the campaign. Son ended the season as the joint Premier League top scorer, notching 22 goals in his best goalscoring season for Antonio Conte's side.
Harry Kane picked up form towards the second half of the season after scoring just once in his first 10 league games, but despite scoring 17 and assisting nine in the league, the striker has received a surprising downgrade on FIFA 23. Eleven Premier League stars are included in the top 23 list, with players from Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea also included.

The top 23 ratings reveal also confirms that FIFA 23 will be the first FIFA title since FIFA 10 where Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi will not feature as the outright highest-rated player in the game. Son's rating was revealed before the release of the top 23 players, with the South Korean international's rating unveiled on Sunday along with the other FIFA 23 ambassadors.
Son was tipped by fans to potentially get an upgrade, but EA has judged otherwise, with the forward remaining at 89 overall. As well as his position changing from left midfield to left wing, Son did receive some minor changes to his card.
His shooting was upgraded by two to 89 out of 99, whilst his defending was decreased by one to 42. Despite finishing as the joint top scorer with Mohamed Salah, the Liverpool forward did receive an upgrade in FIFA 23, going from 89 to 90 overall.
Kane's downgrade saw the striker drop from 90 to 89 rated, a harsh decrease for the Spurs captain. The England international received minimal changes to his card, with his pace dropping from 70 to 68 and his dribbling and physicality both dropping from 83 to 82.
