Ferne McCann avoided claims she is expecting a second child as she shared a motivational message alongside a workout video.
The former TOWIE star, 32, lifted weights in a gym while wearing a skin tight white top and green leggings, telling fans "you are strong and worthy" and she was "moving with purpose."
Ferne has yet to comment on reports she and her fiancé Lorri Haines are expecting a child, and she is "over the moon."
Today, the TV star, who is already mum to daughter Sunday, five, from a previous relationship, shared three clips of her working out on her Instagram Story.
In the first video she is benching weight, and writes in the caption: "Getting it done!" and tagging her personal trainer.
In the second video Ferne is standing while doing an arm workout, and, referring to the music playing over the clip, writes: "Isn't this the most uplifting cheery song. Yesss moving with purpose my darlings."
The final clip sees Ferne back on the bench and an inspirational message written for her fans, in which she tells them: "& just in case you needed to hear this... You are strong, worthy & awesome in your own right!
"Just over here to remind you!!!!"
Earlier this month Ferne shared a sweet post about Lorri as they marked their one year anniversary.
Ferne gushed over her fiance as she shared a series of sweet photos of the pair together.
She wrote in the caption: "Celebrating our one year anniversary... I’ve learnt so much about love since being in this relationship. Perhaps before I had a warped idea of what love actually was.
"Love isn’t all happiness. Romantic dates, lust, laughter, snuggles, cosy dinners & endless joy. No, love means warts n all & showing up no matter what. The good the bad & the ugly."
She added: "I am super happy to have you by my side. Here’s to many more babe."
Now it is understood the pair are expecting their first child together.
A source told The Sun: "Ferne is over the moon. From the moment she met Lorri she knew she wanted to marry him and have his kids.
"They're both ready to commit and are looking forward to their future together."
It comes after Ferne and Lorri announced their engagement in July last year.
"So happily ever afters do exist. I cannot wait to do forever with you baby," she wrote in the caption.
The couple began dating last year and went public with their romance in February.
Ferne has been smitten ever since and has shared plans to build a future with Lorri.
The reality star is said to be setting her sights on a low-key wedding, which could be abroad.
A source told OK! magazine: "While Ferne has said to friends that of course every girl dreams about that huge, big wedding, she is at the stage now where she just wants her nearest and dearest there.
The Mirror has approached Ferne for comment.
