Ferne McCann broke down in tears on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins after she revealed her time on the show made her miss her daughter's fourth birthday.
The former TOWIE star, 32, shares her daughter with Arthur Collins, who is currently locked up after injuring people in an acid attack.
Ferne has been joined the likes of Love Island winner Amber Gill, reality star Ashley Cain and dancer AJ Pritchard on the show as the celebs get brutally put through their paces by chief instructor Rudy Reyes and his team Jason Fox, Mark Billingham and Remi Adeleke.
Ferne, who also stars on her reality show called First Time Mum, admitted being away from home proved to be a huge challenge as she tested her physical and mental limits on the latest edition of the endurance show.
In the latest episode, she is seen talking to the instructors, informing them that she is missing her daughter Sunday's fifth birthday due to being in the desert.
Explaining who she was to the team, she said: "I’m most known for reality TV, mainly at the moment I’ve got my own show which is about me and my daughter. I’m a single mum. I spend my life with my daughter, it’s just me and her. She’s four tomorrow."
She then gets visibly upset, but the instructors were quick to pull her on her emotions, saying: "Don’t let that get mixed into your emotions that you’ve got on your face right now. Get rid of that, alright? Get the best out of this for you. I know it’s your daughter’s birthday but you’ve just gotta forget that. You can sort that when you leave here."
They then told her she must "take every minute and every day for you" to make sure she gets through every challenge they put in front of her.
As she continued to open up in front of the cameras, Ferne confessed she doesn't feel as though she's accomplished anything in life, apart from giving birth to her child. She added: "I don’t wanna be judged on my work, what I do in my personal life, how I am as a mother. I want to be tested an individual, separated from everything else."
And she said she will give it her "every last shot" to succeed, admitting she has nothing to lose.
Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins continues on Sunday at 9pm on Channel 4 .
