If you sometimes feel overwhelmed by how much time you spend scrolling on your phone and want to reduce this time, you’re not alone.
In fact, a recent survey found that one in three British adults has reduced their social media usage in the past year due to feelings of addiction or overwhelm.
This is why this new app Bundle It is on a mission to change and tackle this ‘online overwhelm’ phenomenon by giving users a space to organise their digital lives.
It says that cutting out mindless scrolling and scattered searching can help lessen users’ screen time by 100 minutes per week and help them adopt a more organised approach to how they consume content.
The app was designed by friends and entrepreneurs Martien van Loo and Margot van de Riet who wanted to find a better way to organise their online lives and boost productivity after van de Riet was diagnosed with ADHD at 42 and found herself falling down ‘online rabbit holes’ when searching for saved links.
“I would open an app to find one link, but 10 minutes later, I’d forgotten why I was there,” she explains. “With Bundle It, users have a distraction-free space to save and retrieve content without the pull of social feeds.”

Thus, Bundle It was born to promote clarity, calmness and control within your digital headspace by offering a distraction-free space to store and categorise all the things you love online.
The way Bundle It works is that anything you save on any platform is automatically tagged using powerful AI which then groups these saves into personalised ‘Bundles’. And, unlike other platforms where content can be easily saved but not retrieved, all of these saves are easily searchable on Bundle It.
Additionally, Bundle It allows you to create inspiration hubs and mood boards for projects, collect meal-planning recipes, organise holiday itineraries, and save other things such as parenting tips and resources. Your Bundles can also be shared with friends and family for seamless, collaborative planning.
Unlike other apps, where if you open it to find something you saved you might get sidetracked by the algorithm, Bundle It is distraction-free (read: no ads) and designed to keep you focused.
Well, I don’t know about you but I could really use a space that stores all the TikTok recipes I want to try without getting distracted by, you know, staying on TikTok.

Bundle It

When Bundle It co-founder Margot van de Riet was diagnosed with ADHD at 42, she realised there was a reason she was ending up down online rabbit holes every time she searched for a post she had saved. This is where the idea for Bundle It came from. Using powerful AI technology, Bundle It does what it says on the tin – it bundles together your saves into one easy location so you will spend less time finding them and more time focused on the task at hand, thus lessening your overall screen time.
