Positive messages have been placed on billboards around the city to help people through 'Blue Monday'.

The strong and uplifting messages will let people know they are not alone in this gloomiest of seasons, and each poster has a QR code directing to the Feel Good Club website where those scanning can send a free postcard to a friend or loved one with the same message, with the aim to spread to cheer across the UK.

3. You need to figure out what brought you to the party… Who/what has helped you bounce back from adversity in the past. At Loud Speaker, we believe that the tools we use to bounce back largely fall into a few key areas.
