It's a decade since Federico Macheda last pulled on a Manchester United shirt, but returning to Old Trafford will always be special for the Italian.
His debut is still remembered to this day and will be for many years to come. On his first senior appearance, a young Macheda tucked home a delightful stoppage time winner at home to Aston Villa - with United coming from two-one down to win 3-2. Sir Alex Ferguson's men went on to lift the Premier League title that season.
Macheda did not go on to forge the career many hoped for at United, with the striker making 35 appearances in total before signing for Cardiff City on a free transfer in 2014. But the forward - who now plays for Turkish side Ankaragücü - remains a popular figure among the fan base and his love for the club will always be there.

When asked how it felt to be back at Old Trafford after the win over Fulham, he told the club's website: "It's an amazing feeling, because it's a long time since I came here - around six or seven years. And I promised my son that I would bring him this year and we've managed to do it, so I am very happy."
Macheda's young son has watched his father's famous goal against Villa many times online. And with regards to the team Macheda Jr supports, it has to be United in the eyes of his dad.
"For sure!" said Macheda. "I didn't show him (the goal). He showed it to me and told me: 'Daddy, that's you!'. With YouTube these days, you can see everything. It was pretty weird, but he knows yes."
The ex-United man felt the win against Marco Silva's side was the perfect way to head into this weekend's FA Cup final against Manchester City. And when asked if United are capable of going all the way in the cup competition, the answer was extremely fitting of a player who broke through under Ferguson.
"Why not?" said Macheda. "We are Man United man."
