During cross-examination, FBI special agent Erika Jensen revealed that investigators were unable to confirm the validity of the activities described in text messages attributed to Hunter Biden, which are being used as evidence against him.

In the first message, Hunter Biden mentioned meeting a dealer named 'Mookie' near a minor league ballpark in Wilmington. However, Jensen stated that there was no verification that this meeting actually took place.

The second message indicated that Hunter Biden was smoking crack 'on a car' at a street corner in downtown Wilmington. Jensen clarified that the veracity of this claim could not be established.

Agent Jensen unequivocally states inability to confirm events.

When directly asked if she could confirm whether these events occurred, Jensen responded with a definitive 'No.'

Furthermore, Jensen admitted that there was no information available to confirm the existence of 'Mookie,' the alleged dealer mentioned in the texts.

These revelations underscore the challenges faced by investigators in substantiating the claims made in the text messages attributed to Hunter Biden. The lack of concrete evidence regarding the events described raises questions about the reliability of the information presented as evidence in the case.
