Fastest Manchester United squad player 'named'

Manchester United have shown their prowess under Erik ten Hag this summer, as the team gets up to speed ahead of the new campaign with three back-to-back friendly victories.

The pre-season tour squad is packed with youth and a lot of them attain high pace and acceleration. This has been demonstrated in the three wins, with rapid movement clearly an important part of Ten Hag ’s philosophy.

The likes of Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho have caught the eye with their lung-busting sprints this month with both showing promise in the attacking third. He added: “He has to use that pace and make the right runs. He has to get in the box and score goals. If you get four chances in a game can you put two of them away?”
