Online fashion hub ASOS has launched a huge surprise sale on top of already discounted garments, as it becomes the latest retailer to drop its prices ahead of spring.
At a time when the majority of shoppers will be switching over their wardrobes to spring-summer staples (in the hope of some warm weather), some items are reduced by more than £185.
Fashion lovers will now have some big choices, along with fellow online retailer Amazon who is set to launch their Spring Sale at 6pm today with designer items like Tommy Hilfiger, Levis and Calvin Klein perfume expected to be discounted later on today. Shoppers can find the huge 70% discount at ASOS from now until April 3, with more items expected to launch within the week sale.

Having scoured at the huge price drops some items are now being listed for hundreds of pounds cheaper as the site's 'high-end' brands become more 'affordable' to buy. This Urbancode leather jacket is now reduced from an original £279 to £94, with a total £185 discount.
The sale is trending on social media as people rush to share what they managed to get for a cheaper price, one shopper managed to pick up two skirts for just £6.
The sale landing page on ASOS lets shoppers filter the items in order of the discount, so you can easily spot the biggest savings. The 70% or more offers can be seen on everything from 'luxury brands' to affordable make-up and accessories.
Ahead of spring-summer shoppers can buy a load of holiday looks for the fraction of the price, as dresses appear to pop up frequently in the sale. This lilac satin dress by the brand Lola May is now only £6.50, down from its original £29 price. On the higher end of the budget this gorgeous orange smock dress by Just Me is now only £35, a huge discount down from £128.
The previously viral concealer (now £3) and liquid skin foundation (now £4.50) from Revolution are now 70% off, which has been praised by shoppers in recent times as a more affordable option to the Charlotte Tilbury foundation.
Sticking with ASOS' range of beauty products the BaByliss Cordless Straightners also feature in the sale for £54, a 70% discount from the noraml £180 retail price.
