Farmfoods have sent shoppers taste-buds tingling with a new Biscoff flavoured ice cream treat that some are calling "posh Vienetta" - and it only costs 99p.
Fans of the crumbly and spicy biscuits will already know that they can indulge in many different creations inspired by the world famous Belgian-owned biscuits, including caramelised spread and cheesecake.
Now shoppers can get their hands on a Lotus Biscoff Ice Cream Cake from Farmfoods, and it looks set to be another winner for devoted Biscoff lovers.
One savvy shopper shared a snap of the delicious frozen treat to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group on Facebook, where it quickly gained attention from obsessed foodies.
Made with velvety dairy ice cream, the iconic taste of crunchy Lotus Biscoff biscuits and Biscoff Caramelised spread, the budget-friendly cake is a treat that won't break the bank. The swirling layers have also drawn comparison to the popular Vienetta ice cream that everyone knows and loves.
Sharing the treat to Facebook, one shopper said: "For the biscoff lovers - it is nice, worth the 99p in farmfoods!"
The post quickly gained over 1,000 comments from shoppers who began enthusiastically tagging their friends and raving over how they "need" to have it.
"Posh Viennetta", replied one shopper.
"Yeah, very posh and very yummy looking x", agreed a second.
"Omg mmm I need this", wrote a third.
"it’s a need", commented a fourth.
"Well if this isn't a reason to go to Farmfoods I don't know what is!", said a fifth.
And while the cake suggests that it can serve up to six people, other fans jokingly suggested that they could the whole thing to themselves without sharing.
"Totally acceptable to eat a whole one right?", joked one shopper.
"It's sooo nice. Can easily do one to yourself lol xx", agreed a second.
