With just a few weeks of the season remaining, there are more big decisions to make for Fantasy Premier League managers ahead of this weekend’s deadline.
Last week had a number of teams playing twice and there is another double gameweek to target this time too. It’s just the one added fixture though - Manchester United welcome Chelsea to Old Trafford in the rescheduled match.
Elsewhere, Man City have what looks to be a favourable home clash against Watford, Liverpool host Everton in the Merseyside derby and Tottenham travel to face an in-form Brentford side.
With the deadline at 11am BST on Saturday, here are our FPL tips for GW34...
Timo Werner - £8.6m - Chelsea
Few would have predicted this a couple of months ago. Werner has been in superb form for Chelsea recently though, with three goals in his last two Premier League appearances, and he has gone a long way to securing his place in the side.
With matches against a West Ham side suffering a defensive crisis and Manchester United, who were blown away by Liverpool, the German could very well add to his tally.
Phil Foden - £7.8m - Man City
Pep Guardiola is a tough man to predict when it comes to team selection, but Foden has started each of Man City’s last 11 league matches. He was on target last time out against Brighton as he returned a double-digit haul, and the 21-year-old should enjoy his afternoon as Watford travel to the Etihad.
Eddie Nketiah - £5.4m - Arsenal
Is this a classic case of chasing FPL points? Maybe. But an incredibly cheap Nketiah should surely now keep starting for the Gunners after taking his chance with both hands against Chelsea. Arsenal refound their attacking form and now welcome a vulnerable Man United to the Emirates.
Marcos Alonso - £5.5m - Chelsea
It’s worth the risk of picking Alonso for a double gameweek, even if there is always the danger Tuchel shuffles his pack after their disappointing display against Arsenal. Even if Chelsea don’t keep clean sheets, Alonso is always a goalscoring threat flying forward on the left wing with two goals and four assists to his name.
Nathan Collins - £4.3m - Burnley
Burnley were back to their solid best against Southampton as they kept their Premier League survival hopes alive - Collins was a big part of that and got on the scoresheet himself. At home against a Wolves side that have struggles for goals all season, another clean sheet could be on the cards.
Teemu Pukki - £6.0m - Norwich
A differential pick for those FPL managers needing to make up ground in mini-leagues. With relegation looking almost certain for Norwich, they have been freed up and have found some goalscoring form recently. Newcastle have been impressive at home but could start to switch off now they are safely in mid-table, and Pukki can take full advantage.
Ollie Watkins - £7.4m - Aston Villa
Leicester may turn their attention to the Europa Conference League ahead of their first leg against Roma on Thursday. The Foxes have not been defensively solid at the best of times and Watkins, with eight league goals to his name this season, could shine for a well-rested Aston Villa side.
