What can Josh Jacobs do for an encore to his career year in 2022?
Jacobs is an interesting case. There is an argument to be made that the Raiders would be better off by reducing his usage in order to preserve him for end-of-game and end-of-season situations. Therefore, reaching the 1,653 yards and 340 carries he achieved last year is a bit ambitious. Expect second-year running back Zamir White to have an expanded role, which will cut into Jacobs’s numbers but probably leave him in a much better place, physically. Reduce the carries to 280 and the yards to 1,350.

What kind of production do you expect from new Raiders starting
quarterback
Jimmy Garoppolo?
It all depends on his health, but if we are being optimistic and Garoppolo plays all 17 games, it would not be a surprise if Garoppolo threw for 4,000 yards and 32 touchdowns given the talent he has around him and the understanding he has of the Josh McDaniels offense. Again, health is the biggest issue with Garoppolo, but the talent is there. As is the supporting cast.

Who will be the Raiders’ No. 2 WR behind Davante Adams —
Hunter Renfrow or Jakobi Meyers?
Well, first off, don’t sleep on tight end Michael Mayer being the biggest of the numbers guys behind Adams. In terms of the receivers, it really feels like Meyers has such a grasp on the offense that he will be the odds-on favorite to slide behind Adams in terms of sheer numbers.
