The Atlanta Falcons did some good things in their Week 1 matchup against the New Orleans Saints, but winning the game was not one of them. Nonetheless, the Falcons ran the ball effectively and got pressure on the opposing quarterback for the first three quarters.
If you had any Falcons on your fantasy team, hopefully it was Cordarrelle Patterson and not Kyle Pitts. Patterson finished the weekend as one of the NFL’s top running backs, totaling 136 all-purpose yards and one touchdown. Pitts, on the other hand, had just two catches for 19 yards Sunday.
