Knowledge is power and the greatest asset you can acquire in order to compete for a fantasy football championship.
Here's your 2022 preview of the Los Angeles Rams, the sixth of 32 team profiles during draft season:
— 2022 Fantasy MVP: Cooper Kupp, WR
Frankly, there's nowhere to go, but down for Kupp (ADP: 4) after he made video gamers blush by producing 1,947 yards, 145 receptions and 16 touchdowns last season. I just don't believe he'll far very far.
— 2022 Fantasy Sleeper: Allen Robinson, WR
I tend to target talented wide receivers coming off down seasons who get an upgrade at the quarterback position. Robinson (ADP: 64) could be the poster child for this strategy. Remember, he produced 200 receptions, 2,397 yards and 13 touchdowns in the two years prior to last season with Mitchell Trubisky and Nick Foles throwing him the football. Upgrade doesn't do Matthew Stafford justice here. Robert Woods was fantasy's WR12 before his season ended early last season. Robinson is currently the 30th receiver being selected in fantasy drafts.
— 2022 Fantasy Bust: Cam Akers, RB
The skillset and opportunity in an elite offense is enticing, but Akers (ADP: 29) lacked his usual juice after a quick return from an Achilles rupture. The data suggests he may never fully return to his formal self. Indeed, he's currently dealing with a soft-tissue injury. I'd whether see him make it through this season unscathed before I'm willing to invest again.
— 2022 Fantasy Rookie to watch: Kyren Williams, RB
Williams (ADP: 368) dropped to the fifth round after a disappointing performance at the NFL Combine and questions about his size — 5-foot-9, 198 pounds — but he was one of the best all-around running backs in the NFL draft. Durability hasn't been Akers' or Darrell Henderson's strong suit thus far.
