A ‘fantastic’ Liverpool restaurant is set to open a second venue in the city centre.
Olive Branch Mediterranean Street Food, which has a site on Richmond Street near the Metquarter, is opening a new venue on Church Street in Liverpool city centre. The restaurant serves a range of Mediterranean dishes including mezze, shawarma, burgers and wraps.
It has a “carefully-crafted menu”, which “accentuates the uniquely exquisite flavours that have come to define Olive Branch”. The venue says it offers a “one-of-a-kind and intimate experience”.

Olive Branch on Richmond Street has gained a good reputation in the years since it opened, with a 4.5 star rating on TripAdvisor. Recent reviews have called the restaurant “fantastic”, “superb” and “kebab heaven”.
Just a stone’s throw from the popular Richmond Street venue, signs for the second restaurant are now up. The Mediterranean restaurant is set to open “soon” inside a former Thomas Cook store on Church Street.
The menu at the new restaurant will feature a number of Olive Branch favourites, including the Shawarma Wrap, Kofte Kebab, Halloumi Burger and more.
The new site is based at 75 Church Street, L1 1DQ. No official opening date has been announced so far.
