Fans think Malik Nabers’ cryptic tweets are related to Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp

What does Malik Nabers know about the futures of Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp? Probably nothing, but he sure is making it seem like he knows something about the Los Angeles Rams’ two stars.

Nabers’ last two posts on X (formerly Twitter) are cryptic and seem at least semi-related to the Rams. The first post was just the number 9 and 10 with a ram-looking emoji and an eye emoji.

He then followed it up 19 hours later with just the number 9 and that same ram emoji. Of course, Stafford wears No. 9 and Kupp wears No. 10, and neither player’s future in Los Angeles is certain. In fact, we already know the Rams plan to move on from Kupp via trade, so he could be on a new team soon.

Stafford’s situation is much more complicated, but even he’s not guaranteed to be back with the Rams.

There’s no way Nabers is actually tweeting about Stafford and Kupp, right? They’re not being traded to the Giants…right?!

Fans seem to think Nabers is hinting at something involving Stafford and Kupp, though it’s hard to imagine a rookie receiver having the inside scoop on two veterans who play across the country.

Maybe he’s just dreaming about catching passes from Stafford and running routes alongside Kupp. Who could blame him after the quarterback play he saw firsthand in New York last season?
