Gorka Marquez joked that their next catch-up will require the 'whole restaurant' and a 'mini bus' as he and Gemma Atkinson spent time with Janette Manrara and Aljaž Škorjanec ahead of both welcoming children into the world.
Hits Radio host Gemma and her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance Gorka headed out for lunch with his fellow dance stars on Sunday (June 25) for a 'long overdue catch-up' following Janette and Aljaz's big move to Cheshire. The two couples were seen dining out in Ramsbottom and were also joined by Gemma and Gorka's daughter, Mia.
It comes ahead of both Gemma, 38, and Janette, 39, giving birth. Gemma and Gorka, 32, announced back in January that they were expecting a baby boy this summer and their second child is now due any day now. Meanwhile, Janette and Aljaz, 33, previously told how they were due to welcome their first bundle of joy this summer after sharing the joyful news back in February that they were pregnant.

Aljaz and Janette, who were both professional dancers on the BBC One's Strictly while Janette now hosts the BBC2 spin-off show It Takes Two, were just about to start IVF treatment when they found out Janette was pregnant. And while they know the gender of their first child, they're waiting until their little one arrives to reveal the news as a surprise to their friends and family.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Gemma shared a snap of the two couples and three-year-old Mia smiling for the camera as the waited for their dinner. "The last meet up before the first of two babies arrives," the former Hollyoaks and Emmerdale star started the caption of her post.
"How lovely that our little ones will all grow up together, and clearly get their dance moves from the best dancer of the group, ME," she then cheekily added. And Gorka was quick to respond, writing: "Overdue catch up." Janette also said: "What a great lunch! Mostly baby talk to be fair! Good luck! Not long now."
Meanwhile, Janette shared the same snap to her own Instagram grid alongside another beaming snap of herself and Gemma tackling a hill with their blossoming baby bumps while Mia grabbed both of their hands and walked in between. "Great lunch w/ these guys! Long overdue and wanted to get it in before life became a little busier for all of us," she shared.
"Cannot believe the next time we see each other there maybe not just 1, but 2 more little humans w/ us! How exciting! It’ll be 7 of us soon. Loving our girl trio as well! Mia is amazing!" In the comments, Gorka, again, was quick to respond, writing: "We’re gonna need the whole restaurant and a minibus."

And fans were quick to gush over both posts as they shared their delight over their friendship which comes almost six years after Gemma was partnered with Aljaz on Strictly when she competed in the dance contest in 2017 against Gorka when romance blossomed.
