Britney Spears fans have raised their concerns about the pop queen after she stripped off once again on Instagram.
The pop superstar, 40, has not been shy on the social media platform with her risqué array of photos and videos – with posts including a lack of clothing.
Since May 5, Britney has posted six times where she is completely naked, using her pet dog Sawyer and well-positioned emojis to cover up her private parts.
On Thursday, the star posted another naked shot of herself posing beside an open door with her left hand covering an exposed breast and a pink love heart emoji covering her most intimate area.
Uploading the snap online, Britney captioned the moment: "GOOD my ass MURICA", followed by a lips and peach emoji.
But fans expressed concern over the image, with many taking to the comments section to express their worries.
One fan wrote: "This is getting stranger by the day…"
Another noted: "Feel like this isn’t even BS posting anymore.. what’s with the red roses in every picture? Also the door is curved... edited pics?"
And another user wrote: "I'm wondering who is the photographer? If fiancée, then it's kinda weird he is ok with all this."
However, others were more supportive with one writing: "I’m so happy for you! Do whatever you want with your freedom."
Britney announced last month that she was pregnant with her third child - she has two teenage sons, Sean and Jayden, with ex-husband Kevin Federline - and first with fiancé Sam Asghari.
Their engagement came in September last year, shortly before Britney's 13-year long conservatorship was finally terminated to allow her to regain her estate.
However last week she revealed that she had a miscarriage with an emotional post to her followers where she described the loss of her "miracle baby".
Celebrity friends and fans showed their support following the heartbreaking news as she mourned the loss of her unborn child.
Paris Hilton was among the first to send condolences to the singer, writing in the comments: "I’m so sorry for your loss sis. Always here for you. Sending you so much love. Love you lots B."
Love Island host Laura Whitmore hinted she was keeping Britney in her thoughts as she replied to her update with a simple red heart emoji.
And American actress Gabrielle Union-Wade left a similar message – with a string of red heart emojis left in a comment.
While Britney's fiancé Sam added that they were determined to try again to start a family, writing: "We will have a miracle soon."
