So chances are that GTA 6 has a female protagonist, at least in some capacity. While most fans are okay with this, there’s a specific subset of the community veering into childish outrage territory for no reason.
According to Bloomberg, GTA 6 will feature a pair of playable bank robbers, one of them being Latina, and the story takes cues from Bonnie and Clyde — an actual criminal couple active during the 1930s. It’s quite an interesting premise and seems in line with Rockstar’s prior outings. Remember that GTA 6 is likely many years from release, though, so all of this could change. You know what they say about grains of salt already!
Rockstar Games has spent the last four years overhauling its culture and working to become a kinder, more progressive company. But what does that actually look like? And what does it mean for the company's next game, Grand Theft Auto VI? My latest feature: https://t.co/8VlTh63uNm

Sadly (though not unexpectedly), people are making all sorts of misogynistic and racist remarks all over social media about the rumored main character. It sucks, and we won’t highlight that nonsense here.
However, many fans are clapping back by either talking the angry folks down or outright clowning on them. It’s refreshing to see. Check out some of the best reactions below. Rest assured, there will be memes.
