Peyton Manning and his brother, Eli Manning, have been dubbed the two participants in FanDuel’s “Kick of Destiny 3” event this year.
To promote the Super Bowl festivities, FanDuel released a funny teaser trailer three weekends ago. More recently, the sportsbook has released an updated commercial that continue teasing the brotherly showdown.
In the second ad, Peyton continues to chastise Eli for fantasizing about his kicker “destiny.” The brothers are set to face off in a field goal battle before Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans on Feb. 9.
“You can’t ruin my destiny, Peyton. Not this time, I’m 44 now!” Eli exclaims. Watch the 45-second version of the commercial below:
“Eli and I have always been competitive, and this is going to be a fun way to challenge each other in a completely different way,” Peyton said in a press release. “I’ve been studying film of great kickers and training hard to make sure I bring home the win for everyone in America who picks me to beat Eli.”
The brothers will both attempt to convert field goals at 3 p.m. ET on Super Bowl Sunday. Following the result of that “Kick of Destiny” showdown, FanDuel will release two more commercials featuring the brothers that will air during the Super Bowl.
The Super Bowl will be held at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans at 6:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, Feb. 9. The game will be televised on Fox and available to stream on FuboTV (try it free).
