Fans of hit TV show The Traitors will be buoyed to learn that a live experience is coming to London in early 2025.
An official version of the BAFTA and Emmy award-winning programme will allow members of the public to play for themselves, replicating the murder in the dark-style format as seen on the BBC.
Those who need reminding of the format should know the game is one of deception, strategy, and teamwork, with players tasked with sitting at “the round table” before collaboration on missions and forging alliances.
The Traitors is also about trust, and in the live version, a host will guide contestants through the game as seen on TV. All must decide whether to murder or recruit from the rest of the group.
Claudia Winkleman, host of the BBC show, said: “I am extremely excited for The Traitors: Live Experience to open in London next year.
“I can’t wait for players to immerse themselves in their own drama, strategy and deception. They’ll love the game and should definitely expect twists. Please can you add an evil cackle here?”
