An Edinburgh city centre building once home to a much-loved nightclub was recently bought by an English investor for £2.75 million.
Located at the East-end of Princes Street in the capital's prime party area, Venue Studios offers 7,960 sq ft of space and sits just across from the city's central train hub - Waverley Station.
The Calton Road building was home to The Venue - Edinburgh's most celebrated live music club - back in the day but is now housing multi-let office slots after being refurbished in November 2008.

Now, the Bolton-based commercial property investor has bought the three upper floors of the building, reports the Insider.
Tenants include architects firm John Thompson & Partners, Salmon Scotland and The Big Partnership Group.
The acquisition takes Millfield's total property portfolio across the UK to 17, with this being its first foray into Scotland.
Paul Dobson, property director for Millfield Estates, said: "We have forged a proud reputation in England, and it has long been our ambition to expand into Scotland, with Edinburgh a particular target.
"After several near misses, we are pleased to have secured this excellent opportunity."
Millfield Estates was represented on this purchase by JLL, while Knight Frank acted for the vendor.
